Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to all orders placed on ambravera.com and delivered within the United States.

1. 14-day return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason. This applies to every item, including sale items.

2. How to request a return

Email contact@ambravera.com before the end of the 14-day window with:

• your order number
• the item concerned
• clear photographs of the item and its packaging

We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that confirmation.

3. Sending the item back

Once we confirm, you have 14 days to ship the item back.

Return shipping is paid by the customer when the return is a change of mind. You may use the carrier of your choice; we recommend a tracked service, as the parcel travels under your responsibility until it reaches us.

Items must arrive complete, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. You are free to unpack and inspect the item as you would in a store.

4. Refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item, or of receiving proof that you shipped it, whichever comes first.

Refunds cover the price of the item and are issued exclusively to the original payment method. We do not refund by bank transfer to another account, in cash, or as store credit.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email contact@ambravera.com within 14 days with photographs. We cover all costs, including return shipping, and send a replacement or a full refund.
